Crisp, clean and smooth. Our winemaker has crafted another classic chardonnay from grapes grown in an historic estate vineyard in the small and renowned Sonoma Mountain Appellation.

Aging: 10 months in 100% French oak, using only 40% new
Production: 138 cases

Appearance: Classic California Chardonnay, medium straw with silver highlights.
Aroma: Apricots, citrus, pineapple, great minerality.
Taste: Old-world flavors and structure. Silky entry, balanced, vibrant acidity, luscious mouthfeel. Lemon, lime, and peach flavors with elegantly integrated oak and a long finish.

Serve with seafood especially ceviche, scallops, halibut, and shrimp and with chicken, salads, and cheese.
